HVCT accompanies improving Vietnamese labor skills

Training and developing vocational skills for students is the priority goal of Industrial College II (HVCT) in training quality human resources for Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the country in general.
To achieve that goal, HVCT focuses on communication, consulting, career guidance, enrollment, training, retraining, and fostering to improve the qualifications and vocational skills of students and workers. Especially, strengthen the communication of new policies on vocational education to learners.

To improve the quality of training and develop vocational skills in the context of integration, HVCT has done a good job of connecting three parties: the state, schools, and businesses, to ensure mutual benefits for all parties, including the interests of The learner is installed on top.
Through academic playgrounds and vocational skills competitions—start-up idea competitions for students and vocational education students—startup kits—at school, national, regional, and international levels every year, HVCT responds to the time to reward and honor collectives and individuals. Teachers and training experts have many contributions.
From propagating, honoring excellent examples, connecting resources, etc., HVCT contributes to creating positive changes in social awareness about vocational training and vocational skills training to approach adaptive work globalization and the international context.
October 4 every year is Vietnam Vocational Skills Day (Decision No. 1486/QD-TTg dated October 1, 2020 of the Prime Minister), along with agencies, units, and HVCT always accompanying to raise the level of skills for Vietnamese students and workers.
